The final verses of Daniel 9 are often misunderstood. In the third, of three, sermons from this Chapter, Dr Roberts explains the meaning and significance of the “70 weeks,” and shows that the vision of the “weeks” was a vision of the then coming of the Christ as King and Lord, a vision of the close of the Older Covenant, and a vision of the divorce of Israel and the Church as the new Israel of God.
